Art, Framing, and pinball for the Kids

This Little Flippers Session will NOT be like the others!

For this event your child will be creating a piece of art, framing it, and participating in a group art exhibit.

Open to ages 4-16 years

(Limited to 30 kids)

It will work like this:

• Your child will select one of two pinball machine backglasses that we preselect. They will have to redesign and create new art for their selected game.
• We will provide archival grade matboard cut to size (to draw and create on), colored pencils, crayons, and other art materials.
• When they finish creating their masterpiece they will take it to the frame wall and select a frame that best suites their work. These will be real custom frames that are made by our craftsmen in back. There will be a large selection of finishes, and profiles. We will help them fit the art into the frame, complete with hanging hardware.
• We will be hanging all of the finished pieces together on the gallery wall for a group show until the end of February, when you can come pick them up.
• During the time they are hanging in the gallery, there will be a ballot box where the general public and our Tuesday Night League members will vote for their favorite backglass recreation.
• The backglass art that receives the most votes will be printed at full scale and put into the actual pinball machine where it will stay for the month of March.
• As usual, all of the pinball machines will be on free play for the kids to play when they are finished making their art, or if they need a break during their creation process.
• Parents are welcome to play the games while they wait.

You will need to pre-register and pay for this event in advance so that we can make sure we have the correct amount of art materials and frames. $25 per child. You can register more than one child at once by adding additional bookings. Use the link below.
